Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days but during busy times (or when the kids are sick or on holidays) this may take longer! If you need your order processed quickly for any reason please feel free to contact us on admin@lightonthesea.co.uk and we’ll try our best to help.

All UK orders include free postage and are sent via the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

We can now deliver to EU countries as our products are GPSR compliant! Please see our Product Safety and GPSR page for more details.

Our online shop is set up for delivery to a number of countries, including the UK, the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of these countries please contact us for pricing information.

Tax and customs

UPDATE 20th November 2025 - For international delivery to all countries outside of the UK/USA, tax may be payable at collection. We are working hard on getting services set up to collect this for you to ease the delivery process and will update tax payments when we can!
