Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to keep all items in stock so we can dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days. For large orders or during busy times, dispatch may be dependent on new stock from our printer – this may take up to 5 business days to dispatch. If you need your order processed quickly for any reason please feel free to contact us on admin@lightonthesea.co.uk and we’ll try our best to help.

All UK orders include free postage and are sent via the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service.

We can now deliver to EU countries as our products are GPSR compliant! Please see our Product Safety and GPSR page for more details.

Our online shop is set up for delivery to a number of countries, including the UK, the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of these countries please contact us for pricing information.

Tax and customs

For international delivery to all countries outside of the UK/USA, tax may be payable at collection. We are working hard on getting services set up to collect this for you to ease the delivery process and will update tax payments when we can!

Returns
